LEGISLATION
Act LXVI of 2021 introduced the legal reforms which allowed the consumption and home-growing of cannabis in limited quantities, allowed the setting up of non-profit associations to grow and distribute cannabis, and provided for the set-up of the Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis to regulate the non-profit associations.
