Clive Gerada is a lawyer specialising in civil and commercial law, with a focus on litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Admitted to the bar in 2015, Clive has built a diverse career spanning both legal practice and policymaking. He previously served as a Legal Officer at the EU Secretariat in Malta and as a Technical Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Malta to the EU. In Brussels, he was involved in European policymaking.
Academically, Clive holds a Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) from the University of Malta and a Master’s in European Union Law from King’s College London. He also holds an MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris Business School.
