The Authority for the Responsible Use of Cannabis disseminates educational material through various sources to delay or deter the use of cannabis amongst youths and non-users.

The Authority also educates cannabis users and the general public about the rights and responsibilities of cannabis users and cannabis harm reduction associations.

The Foundation provides the following services for Social Welfare Services (FSWS)
A digital interactive education program is delivered to Year 5 students within all State, Church and independent schools in Malta and Gozo through the ‘TFAL Favur Ambjent Liberu' campaign. This campaign includes, amongst other issues, introducing the students to the concepts of drug addiction and the Wise Use of Medicine. It provides a context through which students may increase their knowledge of legal and illegal drugs and helps them explore attitudes and develop skills that will eventually allow them to make healthy, informed choices. Training professionals within entities and agencies through a biopsychosocial approach aims to equip the professionals with the necessary holistic-care knowledge in the eventuality of working with people who are abusing or at risk of using substances. Training also aims to provide all prevention professionals with first-hand knowledge and skills about professionally delivering prevention interventions.
